The children’s names have been changed twice. They could be going by either HARPER or PANATTONI. The children are victims of severe Parental Alienation(PAS) by the mother & step-father, Kristie & Nick Harper, supported by the Family Courts. These children have been absent from their father & suffering since December 1998; Last known location Port Townsend, WA.
