Bike riders

Shared Parenting activists Robert Pedersen and Rob Mackenzie plan on making a statement

These riders will ride their bicycles from the Michigan capitol in Lansing to our Nations Capitol in Washington D.C. in August.  Starting out on August 11th, the ride is designed to bring attention to Shared Parenting in an effort to help raise the awareness of a need to pass shared parenting laws in all 50 states.  This incredible ride will wind the riders through several states over just a few days.

The ride will end with thousands of well wishers welcoming them into Washington D.C. at the Rally2007 event at the Capitol Mall.  The riders will be followed by a crew of grandmothers and step-mothers, non-custodial moms all showing their support for men, men's rights, and children's rights.

The riders will be followed by a dedicated media van and satellite internet service which will allow for the realtime uploading of video for coverage of the event.

The riders are looking for donations to cover the cost of the event, donations can be made at the Daddy Blog

If we each make a $5 donation we can make a real difference.
